2009 WISE Symposium to Feature Emme and Cindy Solomon as Conference Keynotes

The Falcone Center for Entrepreneurship at the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University announced Emme and Cindy Solomon are slated as this year’s WISE Symposium keynote speakers. Emme is a supermodel, television personality, best-selling author, lecturer, clothing designer and women’s advocate. Solomon is an internationally recognized speaker, consultant and executive coach in the fields of customer service, customer loyalty, employee engagement and leadership.
Emme, a former Syracuse University alum, is a popular lecturer – promoting a wellness lifestyle, positive body image and self-esteem and self-acceptance as a sought after keynote speaker. She is a tireless advocate for people of all ages and works to combat societal pressure through her lectures, books and television appearances.
Solomon is founder of Cindy Solomon, Inc. and co-founder of the Women's Success Forum and is publishing her book, “Creating a Culture of Courage” this year. She has appeared in articles in PINK Magazine, the NSAA Journal, Customer Service Cultures and the books The Transparency Edge by Barbara and Elizabeth Pagano of Executive Pathways, and The Naked Truth: A Manifesto for Working Women by internationally renowned author Margaret Heffernen.

This year’s day-long Symposium will be held April 8th at the Oncenter – and is set to offer additional programs and sessions as the event is expanding to the upstairs exhibit hall. WISE 2009 will also feature a line-up of other nationally known entrepreneurs; break-out sessions for new and growth businesses; enhanced networking opportunities; awards ceremony; and much more.

Early registration is still available for $45 through January 31st; regular registration is $65 through March 31st and $100 after that date. Seating is limited. The 2009 WISE Symposium is sponsored by the Key Foundation.
